Recently there was a problem with 96MB Forum sending out system emails to users, as such, if you have requested a password reset recently, you may not have got the emails. The issue has been identified and fixed. If you have submitted, if you have submitted a password reset request recently, please kindly resubmit the request and you should be able to see the email coming through.
