I've been playing with the idea of getting myself a VPN, but always hesitated due to either cost or privacy concerns. Do you guys have any recommendations for a solid vpn provider ?

Cyberghost isn't cheap on a monthly basis and VPN.sh makes me uneasy with their TOS :/

tmn29a I think one aspect you need to know is that even for the VPN providers, because they are likely to be registered "onshore", they are still subject to DMCA and all that, so you won't be any "safer" to go with the VPN providers than setting up your own VPN from the legal perspective.
