Have three different VPS with them, and all 3 reported that they went offline (using 3 different monitors as well) just now, for about 10 minutes.

I suspect it is a network issue, anyone knows what happened?

They had a brief network outage (5-10 minutes), probably a router rebooted or a BGP session died for some other reason.
It only affected the networks originated from their AS34971, which are:
37.247.48.0/21
188.164.128.0/21
192.71.245.0/24
192.165.67.0/24
194.14.179.0/24
194.68.40.0/22

Yes, their upstream is CDLAN (AS20836), AFAIK Salvatore is CTO there.
Some of the IPs (like the prometeus.net website) are announced directly from the cdlan AS. They were reachable during this event.
