Well I haven't chosen a DC yet but I have a few in mind like privatelayer and nine.ch... no clue why 'december 2009' was in thread title.

I think it would be impermeable to DMCA notices, yes.

I would assume what he meant is that DMCA won't affect the servers there? However I remember Corey is based in US though, I am not sure if his business is incorporated in US (or if it is incorporated at all), if that were to be the case I guess it still could not evade Uncle Sam's DMCA laws Smile

Business is not incorporated, but it's likely that even though I am US based I won't receive DMCA's from the datacenter.
