Anyone have a current Debian-centric mail server howto that works?

Looking for something that does basic mail protocol stuff + web based email client (Roundcube, Squirrelmail, etc.).

iRedMail looks promising, but a prior attempt to get it to work months back failed.

Would something like this work for you?

http://www.debianadmin.com/debian-mail-s...-mail.html

However, I am just wondering if it would be easier for you to set up like an ISPConfig or something and set up mail from there. Kloxo would be good and easy to use as well IMO.

Suspecting that doc won't work, 2008 publish date.

ISPConfig and Kloxo, hmm, I'll give them a look.

Why would you go through the hassle of running your own mail server? Is this for sending or receiving?
