So here is the specs:

First Motorola phone after they've been bought by Google. To me not having a memory card expansion slot is a big turn-off (which I think is going to happen to all of the "official" Google phones, i.e., Nexus).

What do you think?

It's cheap. That's it. Old last generation hardware etc. If I was in the market I rather get something that lasts a few years even if more expensive.

HTC One / Galaxy S4 and upcoming Galaxy Note 3 seems more attractive.

I ended up getting one of those HTC One X:

I think it gives me much better value for money than MotoX, even though it is slightly older.

My first attempt in using a phone of this size, hopefully it will end up well. Smile

So I've had this phone for the past 24 hours. Experience so far...I am not sure TBH, it could be because the custom ROM I am using but it seems rather unresponsive sometimes. However when I was playing games on it, it seems really fast.

Kind of weird, I guess I just need to give it a bit more time for the ROM to optimize the performance on this baby.

Not bad. I've only got a Galaxy Note 2. It's annoying sometimes when going out with shallow pockets.

Reflashed mine using the CyanogenMod and all in a sudden the device is flying!

http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthre...?t=2382933

I guess little surprise there since the original update package from HTC was like 600MB in size and the CyanogenMod was like less than 200MB:
